Sales Executive Leamington Spa, £17000+ high commission

 

  • To meet daily/weekly/monthly & quarterly targets in respect of revenue generation & KPI performance.
  • To generate & close end2end new business sales from prospective clients by use of the telephone.
  • To relationship build with your clients, and generate on-going business from your current & the existing base.

 

Roles & Responsibilities

 

  • To predominantly cold call prospects from our ACT database to achieve a minimum calling level of 60 calls per day.
  • To increase market awareness of our List Locator brand by means of the phone & a high level of coverage.
  • To generate a 4:1 pipeline against monthly revenue target.
  • To develop existing customers in order to generate & close repeat business.
  • Ensure your forecasted pipeline is up-to-date & within the 4:1 ratio to target daily.
  • To follow up & support any campaigns that are running, driving out the required results of success.
  • Completion of weekly productivity & performance sheets.
  • Accurately assessing potential and existing customer data requirements.
  • Accurate completion of all sales related documentation – Count Request forms, Quotation forms & Sales Agreements.
  • To ensure all customer questions or queries eater received by email or phone are dealt with within 1 working day.
  • To ensure customers all receive there data lists / services and confirm a follow up strategy.
  • Completion & attendance of all relevant meetings – Forecast meetings, 121 reviews, team meetings, appraisals etc.
  • Instantly reporting any issues regarding the quality of data supplied to customers.
  • To be self motivated

 

KPI’s

 

  • 100% achievement of all revenue targets.  (Assessed against invoiced revenue)
  • Minimum of 60 outbound dials per working day. (Measured against call logger)
  • 100% completion & accuracy of all required paperwork & within agreed timescales (Assessed by information provided by Sales Manager, Accountant & BD Manager.
  • Achieve maximum profit retention in the sales of company’s products
  • To provide a high level of customer service to all potential & existing clients.  (Measures to be based on level of client satisfaction)
