Chef De Partie

This superb 4 star hotel located in the Warwickshire area has a fantastic opportunity for a Chef De Partie to enhance their existing team. Our clients are looking for an exceptional individual to give quality service, both to customers and colleagues. Your Role Reporting directly to the Head Chef and will be responsible for the organisation, control and efficient running of a nominated section of the kitchen, according to specified standards of the hotel and department, adhering to company and statutory regulations. You will ensure that sufficient supplies and stores are requisitioned and received to meet the expected business demands of the shift. The successful candidate will assist in the smooth running of the kitchen as well as the production of exceptional cuisine, and assist with the training and development of junior kitchen staff. *Discounts at other hotels in group Qualifications/ Background: Our clients are seeking a passionate chef to complement their existing team. You must have a strong background and be familiar with all areas of the kitchen. You will preferably have experience dealing with high volume units. The successful candidate will be a creative individual, who will have the ability to run a section of the busy kitchen.
