THE ROLE – SALES EXECUTIVE
The main role is to develop new business and to manage existing accounts. Business development; B2B selling to a diverse market audience including sports retailers, health clubs, fitness professionals and flooring retailers / wholesalers. The role will include proactive and reactive telephone sales, Exhibition work (Up to 6 times per year - usually during weekdays) and may develop to include field sales. Account Management; B2B building a relationship with our key accounts, with specific project work focusing on new products and promotions. Alongside the main duties you will also offer support to the office team.

THE CANDIDATE
An excellent telephone manner and ability to build strong relationships is crucial within this position. A minimum of 12 months sales experience is preferred but more important is a keen enthusiastic attitude and a strong work ethic. Working within a small committed and friendly team, it is important the candidate is adaptable and an organized team player. Computer literacy is essential and experience of using a CRM package would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be given.

THE PACKAGE

· Basic £14,000 - £18,000 commensurate with experience
