Title: Telemarketing Executive (TE)

General Description |
- To meet daily/weekly/monthly & quarterly targets in respect of lead generation & KPI performance.
- To generate quality new prospect opportunities / leads within the designated buying timescale.
- To ensure a high coverage performance & to generate market awareness of our brand & offerings.

Roles & Responsibilities |
- To predominantly cold call prospects from our ACT database to achieve a minimum calling level of 70 calls per day.
- To increase market awareness of our List Locator brand by means of the phone & a high level of coverage.
- To generate a minimum of 2 high quality leads per day that fall within a 0-3 month buying window & have a call expectation scheduled.
- To capture all relevant information within the required lead sheet.
- To follow the leads pass out process.
- To gain feedback on leads from the sales force.
- To develop existing customers in order to generate repeat business opportunities.
- To follow up & support any campaigns that are running, driving out the required results of success.
- Completion of weekly productivity & performance sheets.
- Accurately assessing potential and existing customer data requirements.
- Accurate completion of all job related documentation
- To ensure all customer questions or queries eater received by email or phone are dealt with within 1 working day.
- Completion & attendance of all relevant meetings – Forecast meetings, 121 reviews, team meetings, appraisals etc.
- Instantly reporting any issues regarding the quality of data supplied to customers.
- To have a close working relationship with all BDE’s & SBDE’s sharing best practices, market trends & lead feedback openly.

- 100% achievement of all Lead & KPI targets. (Assessed against lead documents & sales floor feedback)
- Minimum of 70 outbound dials per working day. (Measured against call logger)
- Minimum of 2 high quality leads generated per working day that have a 0-3 month buying opportunity & a confirmed call back scheduled (Measured against lead documents & sales floor feedback)
- 100% completion & accuracy of all required paperwork & processes within agreed timescales (Assessed by information provided by Sales Manager, BDE’s/SBDE’s & BD Manager.
- To provide a high level of customer service to all potential & existing clients. (Measures to be based on level of client satisfaction)
